Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated healthcare professional to provide basic medical support services to our employees at our assigned work sites.

Main Responsibilities
  • Deliver first aid and medical attention for minor injuries or illnesses at the workplace.
  • Closely monitor the health condition of sick or injured employees and collaborate with external healthcare providers when necessary.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and readiness of the clinic and medical equipment, ensuring optimal operational efficiency.
  • Assist in implementing health and safety protocols in accordance with Occupational Safety and Health standards.
  • Participate in regular workplace safety inspections, emergency drills, and toolbox meetings to enhance overall employee well-being.
  • Help prepare and maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records for reporting purposes, adhering to regulatory requirements.
  • Support various wellness initiatives such as health seminars, vaccinations, and medical check-ups to promote employee health and productivity.
  • Educate employees on fundamental health practices, hygiene, and disease prevention techniques to foster a healthier work environment.
  • Oversee employee health records and manage clinic inventory to ensure seamless operations.
  • Provide assistance with HR-related tasks including pre-employment medical coordination and return-to-work evaluations.
