Job Summary

As a Technical Support Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to customers via various communication channels. Your primary goal will be to ensure timely resolution of customer issues while maintaining industry-leading customer satisfaction scores.

This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with the Support Team to identify recurring system issues and develop permanent resolutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide front-line technical support with exceptional customer service via email, phone, and chat.
  • Use effective communication and problem-solving skills to resolve customer and system issues in a timely manner.
  • Document all customer issues and support calls in the ticket system, including problem resolution and time to fix.
  • Collaborate with the Support Team to diagnose root causes of recurring customer issues and develop permanent resolutions.
  • Participate in on-call schedules, including weekends and after-hours, to ensure continuous support.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proficient with Active Directory Fundamentals On-Prem and Azure O365.
  • Working knowledge of Group Policy, RDS/RDP, and Citrix fundamentals.
  • Working knowledge of Windows desktop and server operating systems, plus Cloud hosting principles.
  • Minimum 2 years of working experience in technical support.
  • Experience supporting MS Office products, preferably QuickBooks.
  • Recent working experience with Active Directory.
  • MS certifications are a bonus but not required.
