Job Summary

This is a technical support role where you will be working in a fast-paced call-center environment. Your primary responsibilities will include providing support to end-users via phone, email, and/or remote access.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with end-users to determine requirements and root causes of technical issues.
  • Answer inquiries by researching and providing information.
  • Resolve problems by clarifying issues and researching answers.
  • Fulfill requests by locating and providing information.
  • Maintain client database by entering information.
  • Ensure equipment is operational by following established procedures.
  • Manage escalation situations quickly and professionally.
  • Drive customer satisfaction through service excellence.
  • Log customer calls for continuous improvement.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • You must have the ability to work flexible hours or shifts.
  • You should be proficient in the service and repair of all systems.
  • You are responsible for maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and effective working relationships with supervisors and coworkers.
