Job Summary:

We are looking for a reliable and proactive Technical Assistant to support the Property Management Team in overseeing the maintenance and technical operations of a horizontal residential development in Calamba. This role involves assisting with engineering tasks, inspections, contractor coordination, and ensuring the proper upkeep of community facilities and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Property Engineer or Building Administrator in implementing preventive and corrective maintenance programs for roads, drainage, water systems, streetlights, and other community facilities.
  • Conduct routine inspections of the subdivision's common areas and facilities to identify repair and maintenance needs.
  • Monitor the performance of service providers and contractors (e.g., landscaping, security, utilities).
  • Prepare technical reports, maintenance schedules, and documentation for projects and repairs.
  • Support in managing utility systems, including water distribution, electrical systems, and waste management.
  • Coordinate with homeowners and address technical or maintenance-related concerns.
  • Maintain records of work orders, equipment, and materials used.
  • Assist in enforcing subdivision rules and regulations related to construction, renovations, and infrastructure.
  • Provide support during emergencies or technical incidents within the property.

Qualifications:

  • Graduated with a degree in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering
  • Experience in property maintenance, facilities management, or construction is an advantage.
  • Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and civil works.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and basic report preparation.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willing to do site work and inspections around the subdivision.
  • Residing in or near Calamba, Laguna is preferred.
