
Technical Sales Specialist

Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic Technical Sales Specialist to join our team and drive sales growth in North Luzon (Laguna, Cavite, Rizal, NCR). The ideal candidate must have strong sales skills, be willing to travel, and know how to drive a manual transmission (MT) vehicle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients in the assigned territory.
- Identify sales opportunities and convert leads into customers.
- Conduct product presentations and promotions to potential and existing clients.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
- Ensure sales targets are met or exceeded.
- Prepare and submit sales reports and forecasts.
- Travel within the assigned area to maximize coverage and business opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Agriculture and Animal Science or any related field.
- Experience in sales, fieldwork, or customer service is an advantage.
- Must know how to drive a manual transmission (MT) vehicle and have a valid professional driver's license.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated and results-driven.
- Willing to travel within the area of Laguna, Cavite, Rizal, NCR.
