Job Title: Tax Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Tax Manager to join our team.

The role will be responsible for ensuring full compliance with tax and financial regulations through accurate reporting, effective budgeting, and successful audit management.

  • Tax Compliance and Reporting: Ensure full compliance with local tax regulations, including planning, reporting, and audits
  • Financial Reporting: Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with PFRS and regulatory requirements
  • Financial Budgeting: Lead the annual budgeting process and ensure alignment with all departments
  • Financial Audit: Lead both internal and external audits, liaising with auditors to ensure adherence to financial and operational standards
  • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor the accounting and tax team, fostering a culture of high performance, accountability, and continuous improvement
Requirements:
  • A certified public accountant (CPA) is an advantage
  • At least 5 years of experience as a Tax Senior Supervisor or Manager
  • Familiarity with handling full cycle of tax audit
  • Willingness to work on-site in Pasig City
