Procurement Expertise

We are seeking a seasoned Procurement Specialist to drive strategic procurement decisions that align with our business objectives.

  • Develop and execute comprehensive category strategies for raw materials, packaging, and production services.
  • Analyze market trends, pricing forecasts, and innovations in cosmetic ingredients and packaging to inform sourcing decisions.
  • Build and nurture long-term supplier partnerships to secure competitive advantages in cost, quality, and innovation.
  • Lead supplier risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to minimize supply chain disruptions.
  • Drive sustainability initiatives in procurement, ensuring environmentally responsible sourcing practices.
  • Support cost optimization initiatives and contribute to financial planning processes.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the entire procurement lifecycle: purchase requisition, supplier negotiation, purchase order execution, and delivery follow-ups.
  • Evaluate supplier capabilities, conduct audits, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely supply of raw materials and packaging.
  • Maintain accurate procurement records, contracts, and supplier certifications.
  • Track supplier performance on quality, cost, and delivery, and implement corrective actions as needed.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Chemistry, or related field.
  • At least 2-3 years of procurement experience, preferably in FMCG, cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, or personal care manufacturing.
