About Our Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Email Marketing Specialist to oversee our email communications strategy. This individual will focus heavily on delivering the right message, reaching the right audience, and driving measurable results.


Responsibilities
  • Email Deliverability & Infrastructure
    • Manage and monitor email domains, IP reputation, and inbox placement.
    • Implement SPF, DKIM, DMARC and maintain compliance with regulatory requirements.
    • Oversee sender reputation and resolve deliverability issues.
  • Campaign Management & Analytics
    • Launch and manage multi-segmented campaigns.
    • Track click-throughs, portal logins, and inbound calls.
    • Own UTM parameter setup and reporting.
    • Provide insights to optimize performance.
  • Content Creation & Optimization
    • Create and refine email templates and content (empathy, urgency).
    • Develop compelling subject lines, copy, and CTAs.
    • Run A/B testing across content and design.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong knowledge of email systems, IP/domain management.
  • Experience with MailWiz, SendGrid, or similar ESPs.
  • Skilled in persuasive copywriting.
  • Proficient with Google Analytics, reporting tools.
  • Familiarity with SMS campaign tools (a plus).
  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • Regulated industry experience preferred.
