We are seeking a highly skilled Email Marketing Specialist to join our team. As an integral part of our marketing operations, this role will be responsible for creating and launching campaigns across various channels.

The ideal candidate will have experience using Braze or similar marketing platforms, as well as proficiency in project management tools and HTML/CSS. A strong understanding of audience segmentation and targeting is also essential.

This role offers the opportunity to work on high-impact lifecycle campaigns that drive customer engagement and retention. The successful candidate will have the chance to collaborate with a supportive team and grow their career in lifecycle marketing.

Responsibilities:
  • Create and launch email, push, and in-app marketing campaigns
  • Manage day-to-day campaign operations, including HTML builds, asset setup, and audience targeting
  • Test and QA campaigns to ensure proper rendering, accurate tracking, and compliance
Requirements:
  • Experience using Braze or similar marketing platforms
  • Proficiency in project management tools (ClickUp, Asana, Trello, Jira, etc.)
  • Comfortable working with HTML/CSS (Liquid or other templating languages a plus)
  • Basic understanding of audience segmentation and targeting
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proactive problem-solving approach
