Communications Specialist

We are seeking a skilled communications specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for developing and implementing employee communications messages across various channels. As a key member of our global communications team, you will play an important role in positioning and promoting our voice through traditional and digital channels.

Key responsibilities include streamlining complex ideas into engaging messages tailored to the audience, creating various types of communications tactics, and partnering closely with internal clients and teammates to deliver on company priorities and objectives. Additionally, you will provide consultation and recommendations to internal clients, manage multiple projects with competing deadlines, and develop electronic communications, newsletters, and corporate announcements using internal communication channels.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum 1-2 years of professional experience in employee communications or equivalent education, understanding of corporate communication practices, and strong written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills. They should also possess knowledge of project management techniques, working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, and copywriting and proofing proficiency.
