Email Solutions Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Email Solutions Specialist to join our team. As an expert in email marketing, you will be responsible for assisting clients in setting up and optimizing their email campaigns using our platform.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of IP management, email authentication protocols (SPF, DKIM, DMARC), and sender reputation. They will also be familiar with email marketing platforms, ESPs, and SMTP relay services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients in setting up and optimizing email campaigns using our platform.
  • Provide guidance on email deliverability best practices, including sender reputation management, authentication (SPF, DKIM, DMARC), and IP management.
  • Troubleshoot email-related issues, working with both customers and internal teams to resolve technical problems.
  • Educate customers on email compliance standards (CAN-SPAM, GDPR).
  • Collaborate with product and development teams to improve platform features and address client feedback.
  • Create and manage visual email automation workflows within the chosen email platform, as well as in Google Slides, Vibe, or any other collaborative tool.
  • Conduct training sessions and create documentation to enhance user adoption and success.
  • Monitor email performance metrics and recommend strategies to improve engagement and deliverability.

Requirements:

  1. At least 2 years of experience in email operations, deliverability, or a related role at a SaaS company or digital agency.
  2. A strong understanding of IP management, email authentication protocols (SPF, DKIM, DMARC), and sender reputation.
  3. Familiarity with email marketing platforms, ESPs, and SMTP relay services.
  4. Experience troubleshooting email deliverability issues and working with ISPs or anti-spam services.
  5. Knowledge of email compliance regulations (CAN-SPAM, GDPR).
  6. Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
  7. Ability to work cross-functionally with customer support, product, and development teams.
  8. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with email analytics tools and monitoring platforms (Postmaster Tools, BIMI, etc.).
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for email template troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with API integrations related to email services.
  • Spanish speaking - a plus
