
Administrative Assistant

The ideal candidate will provide essential support in managing internal records, scheduling, and client conflict resolution to maintain operational efficiency and ensure effective communication within the team.
Key Responsibilities- Provide Comprehensive Support: Assist the legal team with administrative tasks, coordinate tasks, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Operational Process Improvement: Assist with implementing and improving operational processes and workflows.
- Record Management: Conduct regular reviews of internal records to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Scheduling and Training: Coordinate and schedule training sessions for staff members, as well as manage and prepare fortnightly schedules and reports.
- Client Conflict Resolution: Track and manage client conflict resolution efforts, including recording issues, monitoring resolution progress, and ensuring timely and effective resolution.
- A minimum of an Associate's degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies, or a related field is preferred but not required.
- At least 2 years of experience in a legal or administrative support role.
- Experience in operations support, record management, or client service is advantageous.
- Possession of relevant certifications in administrative support or legal assistance is beneficial.
- Proficiency in office software, such as MS Office or Google Workspace.
- Strong Organizational and Multitasking Skills: Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Effective verbal and written communication skills, as well as strong interpersonal relationships.
- Confidentiality and Discretion: Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
- Problem-Solving and Adaptability: Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability to changing situations.
