A leadership manager is responsible for guiding and motivating team members to achieve their goals and objectives. They must have strong leadership and management skills to effectively manage the team.

The responsibilities of a leadership manager include:

  • Acting as the main point of contact for all team members regarding questions about any processes or products.
  • Working hand in hand with training associates to get new hires up to speed.
  • Reviewing calls and tickets to ensure that service level agreements are met.
  • Sending nightly updates or end-of-day reports.
  • Handling calls and tickets as needed and continuing to provide excellent service to clients or customers.
  • Monitoring calls and assisting with quality assurance audits.
  • Periodically or daily, monitoring the team's attendance.
  • Updating the leadership team on any issues/updates about the accounts.

  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
  • Knowledge of call center tools and processes.
  • Ability to develop a plan and lead the team by allocating resources, assigning responsibilities, coordinating, communicating, and participating in activities necessary to achieve company goals.
