Crypto Engineering Leadership Role

We are seeking a seasoned engineering leader to oversee our data engineers, software engineers, data scientists, and QA testers. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in engineering management, proven leadership skills, and the ability to develop strategies, collaborate with stakeholders, and research innovative products.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and own the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives
- Propose and manage project budgets and resources effectively
- Supervise and motivate multiple teams to deliver high-quality projects on time
- Plan and execute project strategies, including risk management and training needs assessments
- Research and develop innovative designs and products that drive business growth and revenue
- Provide clear instructions and guidance to engineering teams, promoting a culture of excellence
- AWS Certified Solutions Architect or Google Cloud Architect certification
- Experience with Design Thinking and Product Management principles, driving innovation and customer satisfaction
- Familiarity with Sonarqube or similar code review tools, ensuring high-quality code delivery
- Experience with feature management tools like LaunchDarkly or Split, enabling agile development and deployment
- Masters degree in engineering management, technical management, or business administration, or equivalent experience
- Bachelors degree in engineering, with a strong foundation in computer science and mathematics
- Extensive engineering experience, with a proven track record of successful project delivery and team leadership
