Job Title: Data Science Leadership Expert

We are seeking an experienced Data Science professional to lead our team in delivering cutting-edge AI and Machine Learning solutions. The successful candidate will have a strong track record of driving business value through data-driven insights and will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to drive innovation and growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement AI and Machine Learning strategies that drive business value and improve operational efficiency.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to design and develop innovative data products and services.
  • Analyse complex data sets to identify trends and patterns, and develop predictive models to inform business decisions.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in AI and Machine Learning, and apply this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to communicate results and recommendations, and ensure that they are actionable and feasible.
  • Mentor and coach junior team members to develop their skills and expertise.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in AI and Machine Learning, with a proven track record of delivering business value.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate high-performing teams.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and develop practical solutions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to think strategically and innovatively, with a focus on driving business growth and improvement.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field.
  • Experience working with cloud-based platforms and tools, such as AWS or Azure.
  • Knowledge of programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL.
  • Familiarity with machine learning frameworks and libraries, such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
