Job Title: Technical Leadership Role

We are seeking a seasoned Technical Leader to drive the growth and success of our engineering team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in software development and excellent leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a distributed team of engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
  • Develop and execute technical strategies, aligning with business objectives and driving growth.
  • Collaborate with senior management and stakeholders to set and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Mentor and coach team members, providing feedback and guidance to support their career development.
  • Ensure the timely delivery of bug fixes, patches, and other technical solutions, maintaining high standards of quality and excellence.
  • Demonstrate excellent customer interactions, representing the company's values and principles.
Requirements:
  • Professional software delivery experience using C, C++, Go, Python, or similar.
  • Knowledgeable and passionate about software development, with a solid understanding of modern software development practices.
  • Leadership experience displaying ability to organise and prioritise complex problem resolution and bug fixes.
  • Experience with version control systems such as git.
  • Experience with debugging tools such as gdb, crash or other.
  • Demonstrated strong commitment to testing methodologies and maintainable code quality.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
