Job Summary:

Management Trainee

We are seeking a highly motivated Management Trainee to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing and ensuring compliance with food safety and cleanliness programs, as well as providing leadership support to restaurant managers.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Implementation of Food Safety and Cleanliness Programs: Develop and implement effective food safety and cleanliness programs to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Leadership Support: Provide guidance and support to restaurant managers in building sales initiatives, managing workforce, and improving operations efficiency.
  • Assessment and Analysis: Conduct regular assessments and analysis of operations and cost management to identify opportunities for improvement and ensure sales targets are met.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Develop and maintain effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with all levels of the organization.
  • Time Management and Organization: Demonstrate strong time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Required Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Food or Business related field.
  • Skills: Excellent leadership, customer service, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Experience: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting schedules and long hours.
