Accounts Payable Professional Opportunity

This role involves working as a critical component of our organization's finance operations, supporting the timely and accurate payment of invoices.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Accurately processing Purchase Order (PO) and Non-PO invoices in accordance with established guidelines.
  • Ensuring that recurring and contract-based payments comply with Contract Management standards.
  • Collaborating with Materials Management teams to validate PO compliance and support invoice matching.
  • Reviewing, validating, and correcting invoices flagged by Optical Character Recognition (OCR) or internal queues.
  • Confirming appropriate approvals and documentation are in place before releasing payments.
  • Monitoring and reconciling unpaid invoices, managing accruals, and handling stop payments or reissues.
  • Maintaining strong vendor relationships and resolving inquiries on payment status and statement discrepancies.
  • Supporting reporting, policy implementation, card administration (PCard/TCard), and strategic planning efforts.

To succeed in this position, candidates should have:

  • A minimum of 3 years' background in processing accounts payable invoices within a shared services or multinational environment.
  • Skilled in ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite, with a focus on high-speed and accurate data entry.
  • Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities and multitasking capabilities.
  • Effective communicator with solid interpersonal skills for engaging with both vendors and internal stakeholders.
  • Capable of working independently while maintaining composure in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.
  • Exposure to the healthcare sector and familiarity with OCR tools and contract management processes is an advantage.
