
Digital Marketing Team Lead

The role involves managing a team of analysts and communicating with clients to develop paid media accounts delivering against performance, ROI, and revenue targets.
You will lead a team of direct reports; coach and develop their talents while holding them accountable for assigned work and schedule requirements.
You will participate in testing and optimization; ensure all elements are executed confidently.
Lead the team in the maintenance and monitoring of keyword bids, budget caps, and other important account metrics.
Provide recommendations and execute strategies for keyword opportunities, campaign structuring, targeting, display network, and other facets of paid search for individual client campaigns.
Answer queries on campaigns from clients by email, as well as from other marketing teams and departments.
Career development is a key aspect of this role. You will be responsible for training and supporting your team members, coaching, disciplinary action, and recommending team members for new roles.
Regular team and individual meetings are an essential part of this position.
Create and train on new processes and workflows and hold the team accountable to following them.
This role requires working PST hours and reporting to a US Manager.
Required Skills and Qualifications- 3-5 years experience managing a team of marketers
- Deep experience with Google Ads and Google Ads Editor; ability to lead experienced Google and Facebook admins
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or equivalent programs; regular use of spreadsheets
- Monitor and evaluate performance KPIs for all Google Ads campaigns and troubleshoot issues
- Lead the team in the maintenance and monitoring of bids, budgets, and other account metrics
- Provide recommendations and execute strategies for keyword opportunities, campaign structuring, targeting, display network, and other facets of paid search for client campaigns
- Respond to client queries by email and collaborate with other teams
