Digital Marketing & Paid Media Specialist (Supervisory)

Location: Metro Manila. Work setup: Work from Home | Day Shift.

Job Overview

As a Digital Marketing & Paid Media Specialist (Supervisory), you will play a crucial role in driving user acquisition and retention through data-driven marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct market research to identify target audiences and create segments for effective campaign execution.
  • Develop and implement paid media campaigns across multiple channels, including Google, Facebook, Instagram, and Pinterest.
  • Work on email and SMS marketing campaigns via Klaviyo, leveraging customer insights to drive conversions.
  • Analyze the performance of programmatic advertising, tracking key metrics to optimize campaign ROI.
  • Implement SEO and search optimization strategies to improve website visibility and drive organic traffic.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Over 5 years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on paid media campaigns.
  • Experience working with e-commerce or direct-to-consumer brands, ideally in the food or beverage sector.
  • Proven track record of managing successful paid media campaigns with measurable results.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience in a digital marketing agency setting or similar environment.
  • Certifications in Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Meta Blueprint.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to stay current with digital marketing trends and best practices.
