About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our remote workforce. This key role involves providing timely and professional support to customers via live chat and email.
Key Responsibilities- Initial Response: Respond to incoming online inquiries in a prompt and courteous manner.
- Booking Management: Assist with booking placements, cancellations, and changes while resolving service issues promptly by coordinating with various stakeholders.
- Supplier Interaction: Interact with global suppliers to meet customer needs and achieve high customer satisfaction.
- Process Development: Develop and execute service protocols and workflows for various scenarios.
- Knowledge Base Contribution: Contribute to our internal knowledge base and external information portal (FAQs, product info, etc.).
- Process Improvement: Identify and propose product and process improvements to increase productivity and customer satisfaction.
- Analytical Skills: Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Multitasking Ability: Be able to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible Schedule: Have flexible working hours and be comfortable with occasional weekend and evening shifts.
- Technical Proficiency: Have experience with various computer software, including Gmail and Google Docs.
- Support Experience: Online support software experience is an advantage.
- Independence: Self-driven and motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Linguistic Ability: Fast learner with strong proficiency in English. Knowledge of additional languages is beneficial.
This role requires someone who is passionate about delivering excellent customer service, has a keen eye for detail, and can adapt quickly to new situations.
