Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our remote team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for handling incoming inquiries, resolving customer issues, and providing exceptional service to our clients.

Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound calls professionally and efficiently.
  • Resolve customer issues on the first call through effective problem-solving.
  • Research and retrieve information across systems to support customer needs.
  • Accurately document interactions and process claims.
  • Guide customers through options to find the best solutions.
  • Follow established scripts, policies, and procedures while using available resources.
  • Protect customer privacy and handle sensitive information appropriately.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
  • To be 18 years or older
  • To have a high school diploma or equivalent
  • To have prior call center experience
  • To be proficient in English, both written and spoken
  • To have strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • To be able to multitask and self-manage effectively
