Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented Call Center Representative to join our team.
This is a full-time opportunity for individuals who enjoy working with customers and providing excellent service.
Key Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries in a professional manner.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure prompt and accurate order processing and delivery.
- Escalate customer feedback as required.
- Identify opportunities for new business development through lead follow-up and research.
- Generate new business by meeting potential clients and providing relevant solutions.
- Manage the sales process to close new business opportunities.
- BUILD strong relationships with existing clients.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly activity and revenue targets.
- CALL CENTER EXPERIENCE WITH A MINIMUM OF 6 MONTHS IS REQUIRED.
- Strong English language skills, both written and verbal.
- A reliable computer, Microsoft Office suite, telephone, and internet service.
- Excellent computer and typing skills.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Must be well organized and detail-oriented.
- Be teachable and adaptable.
