Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented Call Center Representative to join our team.

This is a full-time opportunity for individuals who enjoy working with customers and providing excellent service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries in a professional manner.
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure prompt and accurate order processing and delivery.
  • Escalate customer feedback as required.
  • Identify opportunities for new business development through lead follow-up and research.
  • Generate new business by meeting potential clients and providing relevant solutions.
  • Manage the sales process to close new business opportunities.
  • BUILD strong relationships with existing clients.
  • Meet and exceed weekly and monthly activity and revenue targets.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • CALL CENTER EXPERIENCE WITH A MINIMUM OF 6 MONTHS IS REQUIRED.
  • Strong English language skills, both written and verbal.
  • A reliable computer, Microsoft Office suite, telephone, and internet service.
  • Excellent computer and typing skills.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Must be well organized and detail-oriented.
  • Be teachable and adaptable.
