Remote Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic customer service representative to join our team in a remote capacity. As a customer service representative, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and providing excellent service.
The successful candidate will possess strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and have prior experience working in a call center environment. You must also reside within a reasonable distance from our office and have access to high-speed internet connectivity.
About the Role- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently.
- Resolve customer issues through effective problem-solving and research.
- Document interactions and process claims accurately.
- Guide customers through options to find the best solutions.
- Follow scripts, policies, and procedures while utilizing available resources.
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Prior call center experience necessary
- Work-from-home experience preferred
- Strong command of the English language required
- Typing speed of 20+ WPM essential
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with Windows operating systems
- Able to multitask and self-manage effectively
- Excellent interpersonal skills
