We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Business Support Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing data, providing excellent customer service, and working effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Analyze client rate cards to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Upload client rate sheets into the CW1 system, including ocean rates and surcharges.
- Ensure the correct mapping of rate data for various services, regions, and currencies.
- Prepare updates for uploading to the CW1 system, ensuring all necessary data is included.
- Achieve high levels of quality, timeliness, and productivity.
- Proactively identify process issues and recommend improvements.
- Support the team leader in achieving key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel.
- Familiarity with structured data and web-based applications.
- Ability to learn new systems quickly.
