Job Description

This position is for a seasoned network professional who will provide operational support for the global TaskUs Network environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing proactive and reactive support for all network hardware, software, and communication links.

The role will involve working closely with the senior manager of engineering and implementations to ensure seamless network operations. This includes onboarding new clients, designing and implementing new offices, and integrating network technologies.

  • Provide technical assistance and support to project or demand managers based on requirements.
  • Design and implement solutions to complex problems, documenting them thoroughly.
  • Complete preventative maintenance activities such as code updates and equipment upgrades.
  • Manage incident notifications and resolve issues within service level agreements.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Support Project or Demand Managers in integrating a network setup.
  2. Develop well-planned documentation for problem solutions.
  3. Perform Preventative Maintenance activities such as code updates & equipment updates.
  4. Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management & Capacity Management.
  5. Manage assigned projects and program components to deliver services in accordance with established objectives.
  6. Provide technical assistance and support to staff, administrators, vendors, and other stakeholders.
  7. Ensure security and audit compliance.
  8. Operational-related Moves, Adds, Changes, and Deletes (MACD).
  9. Adhere to Operational Standards.
  10. Comply with Engineering Design Standards and established operational processes.
  11. Participate in the development and maintenance of operational documentation.
  12. Conduct Root Cause Analysis for Network Events.
