We are seeking entry-level Network Engineers to oversee networks and systems, manage incident tickets, coordinate with field engineers, and ensure seamless operations.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor systems and networks for operational stability.
- Track work progress in ticketing systems and respond to alerts and incident tickets.
- Dispatch field engineers or technicians as needed and coordinate job activities.
- Communicate clearly with internal teams and customers.
- Familiarity with FTTx, GPON, or ISP operations is beneficial.
- Experience in network monitoring, technical support, or call center operations is an asset.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail are necessary.
