Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Sourcing Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our recruitment department, you will be responsible for sourcing and qualifying top talent for our embedded teams and client partners.

  • Sourcing Talent:

  • Screening & Qualifying:
    • Qualify candidates with depth and insight, assessing both technical fit and cultural alignment
    • Tell compelling stories that bring each role and employer brand to life, sparking genuine candidate interest
    • Handle objections with confidence, ensuring candidates stay engaged and informed throughout
    • Deliver high-impact shortlists that are tight, relevant, and ready to impress our embedded TA teams
  • Driving Delivery Excellence:
    • Maintain flawless systems – ensuring clean, accurate data in our ATS and trackers
    • Stay on top of your pipeline, prioritising tasks to smash deadlines and exceed SLA expectations
    • Champion world-class experiences, ensuring every candidate and stakeholder feels supported and informed
    • Be a source of insight, sharing real-time market and talent trends to drive smarter hiring decisions
