Job Overview

The primary role of the Senior Programme Manager is to oversee and guide Project Management Office and Project Controls services at a strategic level. Ensuring that all service delivery aligns with industry best practices and international standards, this individual will foster strong partnerships with clients to achieve exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Accountable for the performance of Project Management Office and Project Controls services across multiple programmes.
  • Responsible for ensuring that all PMO and Risk Management services are fully aligned with best practice and international ISO standards.
  • Provides expert advice and support to project teams, acting as a role model and mentor to ensure seamless delivery.
  • Leverages technical expertise to lead and direct the delivery of all technical PMO and Project Controls services, including Digital Services.
  • Collaborates towards achieving net zero carbon transition and identifies and manages associated carbon emissions and reductions.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Proven business development skills and commercial awareness, with experience in delivering project services on large-scale construction projects or management consultancy.
  • Deep understanding of the construction industry and related trends, innovation, and associated threats and opportunities.
  • Relevant university degree and chartered membership of relevant professional institutions.
  • Management experience of successful programmes, with engagement with peers to maintain professional knowledge.
