Job Information Manager Role\

We are looking for a skilled professional to lead our team in information management, ensuring efficient processes and successful project outcomes.

  • \
  • The ideal candidate will develop strategies, standards, and management plans for client projects and programmes.\
  • They will be responsible for leading the delivery of the Information Management (IM) discipline.\
  • This includes establishing and managing the project/programme IM function, training colleagues in IM practices and processes, and driving awareness and continuous improvement.\
  • The role requires strong leadership skills, with experience in managing teams and ensuring the principles, structures, tools/capabilities, and responsibilities are in place to deliver area plans and excellence.\
  • The successful candidate will also contribute to global Digital Centre of Excellence, providing comprehensive technical and functional expertise.\
  • In this position, you will have the opportunity to work on bids, developing IM strategies and solutions.\
  • You will also be responsible for coordinating the setup, implementation, and development of the Common Data Environment (CDE).\
  • This involves defining how information is produced and assured for digital delivery, as outlined within ISO19650.\
  • Your expertise will be crucial in taking overall lead for IM on projects/programmes or supporting Associate Director (IM Lead), depending on scale/complexity.\
\Required Skills and Qualifications\

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • \
  • Big project and programme experience leading in IM and document control.\
  • Knowledge of setting up document control and IM functions.\
  • Information Management leadership experience across multiple projects/programmes.\
  • Familiarity with information architecture and naming, numbering, filing according to ISO19650.\
  • Expertise in key IM software including PowerBI, Revit, and Solibri Model Assurance.\
  • Technical qualifications and certifications such as APM IM, Assoc of Information Managers.\
  • Subject matter expertise in key IM software.\
  • Ability to build effective and high-performing teams.\
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.\
  • Effective negotiation and stakeholder management at all levels.\
