Job Description

  • We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Specialist II to support our Global SuccessFactors system within a shared service environment.

  • This individual contributor role will work with 2-3 other team members in the TalentCentral Help Desk, providing customer service timely and accurately with quality standards following defined and documented processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve complex queries and requests.

  • Run and produce various reports, including ad hoc reports for COE and HR Regional Operations.

  • Organize and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.

  • Utilize technical and analytic skills to exhibit creative problem-solving abilities.

Requirements:

  • Accredited 4-year degree/Bachelor's degree and 2-4 years of related experience.

  • Experience in Shared Services environment.

  • Advanced computer skills with proficient knowledge of MS-Office Application such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in SuccessFactors Cloud System preferred.
