We are seeking a seasoned Human Resources Senior Manager to spearhead our expansion in the Asia-Pacific region. As a strategic partner, you will play a vital role in driving business growth by building and implementing HR strategies that meet the needs of our fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing recruitment processes, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and managing HR operations across multiple locations. You will work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to develop and implement HR policies tailored to the APAC region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the setup and operations of new offices, including office administration.
  • Provide HR support to employees, addressing queries related to policies, payroll, and labor compliance.
  • Handle payroll processes and ensure compliance with local labor regulations.
  • Develop and maintain an APAC HR playbook with key processes, policies, and compliance guidelines.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR practices in the APAC region.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with leadership and operations teams.
  • Experience in structuring and optimizing HR processes.
  • Fluency in English, with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Proficiency in an APAC language (e.g., Mandarin, Japanese, Hindi).
