Job Details

The role of a Retail Sales Professional is to provide exceptional customer service by understanding customers' health requirements and delivering complete product information.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Understand and meet customers' needs, offering personalized solutions and services.
  • Assist customers in finding products, answering questions, and providing detailed product information and benefits.
  • Generate sales and support retail operations management.
  • Perform administrative tasks as assigned by the Store Manager.
  • Participate in store improvement programs and initiatives.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in any Medical field or relevant qualification.
  • Experience in retail is highly valued but not required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation, assertiveness, and confidence.
  • Ability to work onsite in one of our stores.
