Job Title: Senior Finishing Project Manager

Job Description:

The ideal candidate for this role will have a strong background in project management, with experience in overseeing the completion of unit deliverables, managing contractors and subcontractors, and ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and cost requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, execute, and monitor project phases to ensure timely delivery and alignment with corporate objectives and client expectations.
  • Lead cross-functional teams, manage contractors and consultants, and drive coordination among stakeholders to achieve successful project outcomes.
  • Exercise full decision-making authority over project execution strategies, budget adherence, and risk management.
  • Oversee preparation, verification, and submission of turnover documentation in accordance with as-built plans and contractual obligations.
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Professional License (e.g., Civil Engineer, Architect) is required.
  • Postgraduate degree in Construction Management, Business Administration, or related field is an advantage.
  • Minimum of 10 years experience in construction project management, with at least 5 years in a leadership or senior management role.
