Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Engineer to join our team in developing and managing scalable, multi-node Kubernetes clusters.

The ideal candidate will design, deploy and manage infrastructure using Terraform, Ansible and Helm. Additionally, they will automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration, build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and other relevant tools.

This role involves implementing robust monitoring, logging and alerting systems to ensure infrastructure is secure, resilient and highly available. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with software engineering teams to enable fast and reliable deployment cycles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, deploy and manage scalable, multi-node Kubernetes clusters (on-premises, AWS EKS, Azure AKS)
  • Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using Terraform, Ansible and Helm
  • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and other relevant tools
  • Implement robust monitoring, logging and alerting systems
  • Ensure infrastructure is secure, resilient and highly available, supporting auto-scaling where applicable
  • Collaborate closely with software engineering teams to enable fast and reliable deployment cycles
Qualifications and Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field (Master's degree is a plus)
  • Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience as a Platform Engineer, DevOps Engineer or similar role
  • Deep expertise in Kubernetes administration (CKA or similar certifications are a plus)
  • Infrastructure as Code using Terraform
  • Strong experience with CI/CD tools (especially GitHub Actions)
  • Helm charts and package management
  • Monitoring and observability solutions (e.g. Prometheus, Grafana)
  • Scripting (Bash, Python)
  • Linux system administration
Preferred/Additional Skills
  • Hands-on experience with public cloud platforms, especially AWS and Azure
  • Exposure to MLOps workflows and large language model (LLM) deployment
  • Experience provisioning Kubernetes clusters on bare metal or virtual machines (e.g. using kubeadm, Cluster API or similar tools)
