Job Title: Technical Support Specialist

The technical support specialist plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of computer systems and networks within an organization.


This position requires providing exceptional technical assistance to end-users, resolving issues efficiently, and maintaining IT infrastructure. The successful candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting hardware and software problems, performing routine maintenance, and monitoring system performance.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues.
  • Assist with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems, printers, and other IT equipment.
  • Perform routine maintenance and updates on computer systems and networks.
  • Monitor system performance and ensure optimal functionality.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in IT support or a similar role.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified IT Professional) are a plus.
