Digital Reputation Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Digital Reputation Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will have experience in online reputation management and administrative support.
This role will focus on monitoring and managing social media comments, generating positive app store reviews, and handling other high-priority tasks to support the executive team.

Key Responsibilities:- Monitor social media threads and respond appropriately to protect and enhance brand reputation
- Develop strategies to counter inaccurate or negative posts/comments
- Generate and coordinate positive app store reviews through legitimate channels
- Track and report on online sentiment and reputation metrics
- Provide ad hoc administrative support, including scheduling, research, and project coordination
- Serve as a point person for urgent, high-visibility brand issues
- Proven experience in online reputation management, social listening, or digital community engagement
- Excellent communication and writing skills
- Strong problem-solving ability and discretion in sensitive matters
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Tech-savvy with knowledge of social media and app store platforms
