Job Overview

The Digital Marketing Specialist plays a pivotal role in developing and executing data-driven marketing strategies tailored to client needs, ensuring a positive client experience and maximizing campaign performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives and requirements.
  • Strategize, formulate, and execute email, SMS, and other retention marketing campaigns.
  • Communicate insights and reports on campaign performance and metrics.
  • Foster and maintain strong client relationships to drive overall positive client satisfaction.
  • Work with the Client Strategy Manager to manage multiple client accounts and campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the Activations team to ensure thorough strategy alignment and execution.
  • Upsell and cross-sell additional services to clients to enhance their marketing efforts and expand revenue streams.
  • Share industry insights and information with marketing teams to position the company as a thought leader and innovator.
Key Outcomes & Accountabilities
  • Strategy Development: Create and implement effective marketing strategies that meet client needs and expectations.
  • Account Management: Manage retention marketing programs for multiple brands, ensuring client satisfaction and retention rates.
  • Client Understanding: Demonstrate a deep understanding of client business needs and translate them into marketing strategies and solutions.
  • Performance Tracking: Analyze and track data to maximize the performance of email and other retention marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Client Communication: Communicate marketing insights and reports on campaign performance, and plan for further development and optimization.
  • Team Alignment: Ensure the Activations team has clear instructions and is aligned with the overall marketing strategy and objectives.
  • Service Expansion: Successfully upsell and cross-sell services, increasing revenue and client engagement and loyalty.
  • Thought Leadership: Provide valuable industry insights to marketing teams to enhance the company's reputation as an industry leader and innovator.
