At the forefront of innovative debt recovery solutions, we are seeking a skilled Email and Digital Campaign Manager to spearhead our email marketing efforts.

Email Marketing Role Overview
  • Ensure optimal email infrastructure and deliverability by managing email domains, IP reputation, and inbox placement.
  • Implement and maintain SPF, DKIM, DMARC protocols to guarantee regulatory compliance.
  • Oversee sender reputation and promptly resolve any deliverability issues that may arise.

This strategic role involves crafting and refining email templates and content, developing compelling subject lines, copy, and calls-to-action, conducting A/B testing across content and design, scheduling and managing SMS/text campaigns, launching and overseeing multi-segmented campaigns, monitoring click-throughs, portal logins, and inbound calls, setting up and reporting on UTM parameters, and providing data-driven insights to optimize campaign performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Optimized Email Infrastructure & Deliverability
    • Manage and monitor email domains, IP reputation, and inbox placement.
    • Implement SPF, DKIM, DMARC protocols and maintain compliance with regulatory requirements.
    • Oversee sender reputation and resolve deliverability issues.
  • Content Creation & Campaign Development
    • Develop compelling email templates and content.
    • Write engaging subject lines, copy, and calls-to-action.
    • Conduct A/B testing across content and design.
    • Schedule and manage SMS/text campaigns.
  • Campaign Management & Performance Analysis
    • Launch and oversee multi-segmeneted campaigns.
    • Track click-throughs, portal logins, and inbound calls.
    • Set up and report on UTM parameter performance.
    • Provide actionable insights to optimize campaign performance.

The ideal candidate will possess expertise in email systems, domain/IP management, experience with MailWiz, SendGrid, or similar ESPs, strong skills in persuasive copywriting, proficiency in Google Analytics, UTM tracking, reporting tools, excellent English communication skills, and preference for regulated industry experience.
