Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Financial Services Associate to join our team. This role involves providing exceptional client care standards, maintaining regular meetings with the UK offices, and ensuring compliance work for sole traders, partnerships, and small limited companies is handled efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare draft accounts for review from source documents.
  • Undertake larger Limited company accounts with relevant support.
  • Clear routine queries with clients.
  • Prepare tax computation based on draft accounts.
  • Finalize figures for managers and prepare paperwork for clients to approve.
  • Deal with ad hoc client queries.
  • Prepare and submit quarterly VAT Returns for clients using bridging software.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience in accountancy firm during training.
  • Familiarity with FRS102, One Man Band companies, and charities.
  • Proficiency in IRIS, Sage, Xero, Xero Practice Manager, QuickBooks, FYI Docs, and MyWorkPapers.
