Amazon E-commerce Specialist Role

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented e-commerce specialist to manage our presence on both Amazon Seller Central and Amazon Vendor Central.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Create and optimize product listings, managing inventory, ensuring compliance with Amazon's policies, and driving overall account performance.
  • Conduct keyword research and implement SEO strategies to boost product visibility.
  • Monitor pricing, inventory, and performance metrics across platforms.
  • Resolve listing suppressions, compliance cases, and account health issues.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to create A+ content, brand stores, and promotions.
  • Analyze sales reports and provide insights for growth and profitability.
  • Manage purchase orders, shipments, and replenishment for Vendor Central accounts.
  • Oversee advertising campaigns (PPC) to maximize ROI.
  • Research competitors and market trends for strategic advantage.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports for management.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of experience managing Amazon Seller Central and related platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of e-commerce best practices and Amazon policies.
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and data analysis.
  • Familiarity with keyword research and Amazon advertising tools (Helium10, Jungle Scout, etc.).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
