Job Title: Zoho Expert

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to migrate our core operations including inventory, customer management, sales tracking, invoicing and integrations to Zoho One. The ideal candidate will ensure a seamless transition, optimize workflows and manage the Zoho ecosystem effectively post-migration.

  • System Migration: Migrate inventory, customer data, sales records, invoices and integrations to Zoho with minimal disruption.
  • Zoho CRM & Books Management: Configure and optimize Zoho CRM, Zoho Books and other Zoho applications for sales and financial efficiency.
  • Integration & Automation: Set up Zoho Flow, Zapier, Make (Integromat), or Pabbly Connect for smooth third-party integrations.
  • Process Optimization: Develop custom Deluge scripts to automate tasks and enhance workflow efficiency.
  • Security & User Management: Ensure data security, manage user roles and permissions, and establish best practices for system use.
  • Ongoing System Maintenance: Regularly update Zoho applications, enhance system capabilities and improve efficiency based on business needs.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate should have proven expertise in Zoho One (Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, Zoho Inventory, Zoho Analytics, Zoho Desk, and Zoho Creator). Experience in data migration for inventory, sales and financial records from other platforms to Zoho is also required.

  • Strong knowledge of automation tools (Deluge scripting, Zapier, Make/Integromat, Pabbly Connect).
  • Ability to integrate Zoho APIs with third-party applications (e-commerce, payment gateways, etc.).
  • Background in business process automation and optimization for jewelry or retail industries.
