Technical Support Specialist

We're seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional technical support and contributing to the success of our web-based systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create high-quality, user-friendly websites that meet business needs and deliver seamless user experiences.
  • Develop and maintain effective integrations with CRM systems and third-party tools to enhance data flow and efficiency.
  • Implement innovative solutions to improve website capabilities, including plugins, APIs, and new features.
  • Monitor and optimize website performance, ensuring speed, security, and SEO best practices are met.
  • Troubleshoot complex issues, fix bugs, and provide expert technical assistance to internal stakeholders.
  • Automate reports from web platforms, databases, and CRM tools to drive business insights and decision-making.
  • Evaluate and ensure mobile optimization and cross-browser compatibility for a superior user experience.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of web systems and integrations to facilitate knowledge sharing and future development.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new functionalities and stay up-to-date on industry best practices.
Requirements:
  • Proficiency in Java, HTML, Python, and fundamental coding principles.
  • In-depth understanding of backend website structures and CMS systems.
  • Familiarity with CRM setup and process automation (Monday.com and Zoho preferred).
  • Critical problem-solving skills and a willingness to continuously learn and grow.
  • Effective communication skills to convey technical information clearly to non-technical users.
  • Up to 2 years of relevant experience, with recent graduates encouraged to apply.
