Job Role Summary

The role of HR Supervisor at our company is pivotal in ensuring seamless human resources department operations. You will be responsible for leading, mentoring and supporting a team to guarantee efficient execution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Guidance: Lead, mentor and support staff to ensure smooth HR processes.
  • Talent Acquisition and Onboarding: Oversee recruitment activities including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing and onboarding new employees.
  • Employee Engagement: Foster a positive workplace culture and handle employee relations matters with sensitivity.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to National Government agencies like DOLE, SSS, Phil Health and PAG-IBIG.
  • Performance Management: Assist in managing performance review processes including goal setting, performance evaluations and feedback.
  • Professional Development: Identify training needs and coordinate development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
  • HR Administration: Oversee HR administrative tasks including maintaining employee records, managing benefits administration and supporting payroll processing.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Strong understanding of HR practices, employment laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication, leadership and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Good work ethics and strong sense of morals.
  • Discretion and ability to keep confidential information.
