About the Role

We're seeking a skilled Technical Support Engineer to join our team in Greater China. As a key member of our support team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences through multiple communication channels.

As a Technical Support Engineer, you'll be the first point of contact for customers with queries related to Zendesk's multi-product platform. Your primary goal will be to own the customer experience, guiding them through resolution with minimal effort.

You'll collaborate with colleagues across the organization to find answers and educate customers on using Zendesk products effectively. Your ability to communicate complex technical issues in simple terms will be invaluable in driving product change and improvement.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Provide top-notch customer support through phone, email, and live chat
  • Be the primary point of contact for Greater China region customers, speaking, reading, and writing Mandarin fluently
  • Owning the customer experience by helping them figure out what they need and guiding them to resolution
  • Collaborate with colleagues at all levels to find answers and drive product change
  • Educate and empower customers to become better Zendesk users
  • Represent Zendesk internally and help departments achieve their goals
