This position follows US Pacific business hours.

  • The role involves a wide range of responsibilities from content quality assurance to client services and project management.
  • It offers a good mix of client-facing and content-focused work, as well as independence and teamwork.
  • A successful team member will develop skills in customer service, project management, financial data, research technology, and product knowledge.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 1-3 years of experience in customer services (global clients an asset)
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work on team-based projects
  • High integrity, accountability, and personal responsibility
  • Good time management and attention to detail
  • Strong analytical skills; MS Excel and database knowledge preferred
  • Fluency and eloquence in English mandatory; additional language skills beneficial
