Customer Service Leadership Role

Job Responsibilities:
  • Lead the day-to-day operations of the Customer Service team, ensuring high-quality service delivery and meeting client expectations.
  • Develop and implement best practices for customer service processes and workflows, analyzing metrics to track team performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration, driving initiatives to enhance customer loyalty, satisfaction, and retention.

Key skills and qualifications include 5+ years of experience in customer service, strong leadership and management skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in customer service, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to engage clients and teams effectively.
  • Ability to work US business hours and prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Required language(s): English.
