Senior Marketing Operations Specialist

As a seasoned marketing professional, you will be responsible for overseeing our high-level marketing system. This involves setting up and optimizing the platform for maximum efficiency.

With your expertise in digital marketing, you will create high-converting campaigns, including webinars, email, and SMS promotions. Your goal is to design and implement effective lead generation strategies.

You will also be involved in developing and executing business development initiatives using email, SMS, and automated workflows. Your focus will be on tracking and analyzing performance data to inform optimization recommendations.

In addition to campaign development, you will assist in managing our content strategy. This includes creating compelling copy and design assets for social media posts, blogs, and newsletters.

Your affiliate marketing program management skills will be utilized to set up and manage tracking systems and collaborate with partners to ensure successful partnerships.

As a key member of our team, you will provide strategic input to leadership, helping to translate marketing plans into actionable strategies. You will identify opportunities to improve automation and customer engagement through innovative technology.

Requirements:

  • Advanced knowledge of digital marketing tools, including funnel creation, workflow optimization, and integration setup.
  • Proven track record in executing email, SMS, and digital marketing campaigns. Deep understanding of marketing funnels, customer journeys, and lead nurturing strategies.
  • Familiarity with platforms like ClickFunnels or ActiveCampaign is a plus. Basic understanding of analytics tools and marketing KPIs.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Creative and strategic thinking, capable of understanding the big picture and translating it into actionable steps. Willingness to bring new ideas to the table and continuously innovate.
