Job Description

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced customer support professional to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service via chat, email, or phone.

You will handle inquiries related to product information, order tracking, returns, and account concerns in a professional and friendly manner.

Our ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of hands-on experience with both Shopify and Gorgias, as well as excellent written and spoken English communication skills.

As a remote worker, you will need to work independently and handle multiple conversations at once while maintaining a high level of reliability and attention to detail.
