Job Title: Remote Customer Service Representative

About the Role
  • Provide exceptional customer service through multiple channels, including phone, email, and chat.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work closely with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including first call resolution, average handle time, and customer satisfaction.
  • Continuously improve knowledge of products and services to better serve customers.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer service.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or related field.
  • Minimum 1 year experience in customer-facing role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
